Members can configure preferences for what types of alerts to receive, and how and during what hours to receive them. The alerts are generated in near real time (5 minutes on average) and sent either via email, SMS text message, or both. They run the gamut from alerts when a member's account balance falls below a pre-set threshold that the member set up, when a certain check clears, and when any number of potentially fraudulent actions has occurred, among many others.
